Perspective (cognitive) in theory of cognition is the choice of a context or a reference (or the result of this choice) from which to sense, categorize, measure or codify experience, cohesivelyforming a coherent belief, typically for comparing with another.

The word of today is perspective, you may be asking why out of all the words I choose perspective? Well let me explain it with a story.

For me anime/manga, games, and cosplaying is something that is fun, creative, awesome and even something that I would like to do for a living. But for people like my parents they see as nothing more than a waste of time, money, effort, talent and many other negative things. Now to be honest I can see why they would think like that. Because that is “perspective” on it.

Now here is another thing I would like to add along the lines in. They want me to be more open up to them, to be closer to them and to do more something productive. To open up to them would be to talk about the things that I like, but to them its all childish and useless things. They want me to be closer to them but then we would have to be able to relate to one another which is another issue. To me what I do is something productive, like making parts of the costume for a cosplay, reading manga and watching to learn different writing and art styles. But to them they would see it as like what was previously stated.

But then I do try to do the things they like to do. From various movies, hobbies and activities that I really don’t like to do. But when it comes to my side they then ignore it and label it as something unimportant. So as you can see what the difference in perspective can have on people.

Few more words before I end this little ranting XD
I understand why we have “different perspectives” that is one of the reasons why we are unique and different from one another. But then we are also gifted with understanding. Though it is usually cut off or blocked with ignorance and laziness. So I’m hoping that to anyone that would read this would have a better understanding or rather think differently about how and why other people react differently. That though we all have different perspectives we may learn to understand one another along with it.
